This module holds no data of its own. Every figure is a projection rebuilt from the events that maintenance, certification and the registry emit, which is why a number can always be walked back to the record that produced it.
What it does
MTBF, MTTR, MTTF and availability
Computed per equipment type, alongside the equipment count, failure count and preventive count behind them, and reported in days.
Backlog, overdue and PM compliance
Open work orders, work orders past their expected close, preventive maintenance past due, and the share of preventive cards closed on time, counted rather than estimated.
Planned against unplanned
The split between preventive and corrective work, which is the ratio that tells you whether a maintenance programme is improving.
Cost trend and cost Pareto
Yearly cost and the Pareto of where it went, built from the cost inputs recorded on job cards.
Failure trend, including critical assets
The trend across the fleet and the trend restricted to the assets the tenant marked critical, side by side.
Work-order aging
How long open cards have been open, so a backlog number turns into a decision about which card to close first.
Sliced the way the business is organised
Filtered by where an asset sits in the organisation, by equipment class and type, and by date.
A dashboard you arrange
Dashboard sections can be switched on and off, and the choice is remembered in the browser. The reliability page itself toggles between cards and a dense table.
How it fits the rest of the platform
Reliability is a pure read side. It owns no command that changes a job card, a certificate or an asset, and it does not author cost records. It sums the ones maintenance and inventory produced. That separation is what stops a dashboard from quietly becoming a second source of truth.
Questions about analytics
Are these numbers predicted?
No. They are measured. RelyentX computes reliability from the events your work actually generated; there is no forecasting model in the product.
Is preventive-maintenance compliance reported?
A proxy is: the share of preventive job cards closed on or before their expected close date, over all preventive work in the window. True plan-versus-completed compliance needs preventive plans, which are part of the committed model and not yet on the shipped surface, so the figure says what it measures rather than implying more.
