The platform is modular, so you subscribe to what you will actually use, and the AI copilot is scoped to whatever that turns out to be.
How many people sign in
Licensing follows named people rather than assets or sites, so adding equipment or another location does not move the number.
How your tenant is hosted
Every tenant runs on shared, row-level-security-scoped infrastructure today. A dedicated-store tier for large or residency-bound tenants is part of the committed model and is not yet on the shipped surface.

Why are there no prices on this page?
Because nothing on this site says anything we cannot stand behind, and a published figure today would be a guess. Ask, and you get a real number against your own modules and seat count.
What do we need to bring to get a quote?
The equipment classes you manage and roughly how many assets of each, the certificate disciplines you keep in date, and how many people would sign in and in which countries. That is enough to scope it in one conversation.
Do we pay per asset or per site?
No. Adding equipment or another location does not change what you pay. Licensing follows the modules you use and the people who sign in.
Can we change what we subscribe to later?
Yes. Modules and seat count are properties of the tenant subscription and are changed against it, and a tenant can be suspended and reactivated as that subscription changes.
